About Us
Academic Scheduling & Space Management (AS&SM), a sub-unit of Academic Business & Strategic Operations (ABSO) under the Office of the Provost, work closely with the colleges, departments, and other campus partners to facilitate scheduling of academic classes and ensure that space is assigned appropriately, utilized efficiently, and reported accurately.
AS&SM collaborates with the Academic Scheduling User Group (ASUG) on a monthly basis to provide updates and reminders on day-to-day operations and processes. AS&SM leverages the cross-divisional representation of the Academic Scheduling Advisory Workgroup (ASAW) to discuss areas of improvement and ideas to improve operational effectiveness.
